ESB produces its goods
by practicing the using of “ Vendor System” . This
practice has ensure all of customer orders can be
produced in short lead time period with the
specification required. ESB selects
quality material from well-known suppliers who
guarantee the quality and timely delivery. ESB
production involved in cutting, sewing,
engraving, printing and embroidery processes can be
our advantage to compete better in the market.
Due to our expansion, ESB
is now having its own In-House Production at
Sungai Ara, Penang. We are running almost 50 percent
of these production processes by itself 24 hours per
day . Our production capacity had increase about 500
percent from the previous record. All operating
machines are automatically controlled with High
Precision Controllers.
